Zoom room is open 10 minutes before class begins.

The Gentle class is a slow flow with plenty of instruction. Sequences are created from Yin yoga and Therapeutic yoga. All classes will include stretching and strengthening the body, breath, balance and relaxation. Modifications are given as needed.
All Levels is a moderate to vigorous Vinyasa flow based on the primary and second series of Ashtanga. This class emphasizes alignment, strength, flexibility, breath, and balance.
For all classes, I recommend a yoga mat, yoga blocks, and a blanket. For the Gentle class, it is helpful to have an extra mat, folded towels, or folded blankets; thick books if yoga blocks are not available; a yoga strap or long belt; and bolsters or firm pillows. Easy access to a wall or sturdy furniture will also help with some poses.
I invite you to breathe and stay present. Please remember that this is your practice, and you decide how far to go into a pose. Allow comfort to be your guide, and enjoy this journey of self-discovery.
One week of Zoom classes are free to new students.
Zoom drop in rate is $15
Unlimited yoga classes are $60 -100/month. Please pay what you can. No one will be turned away from class.
Private lessons are $50 for 40 minutes. New and returning yogis are encouraged to take 2-4 private lessons. Also, those interested in deepening their practice would benefit with private sessions.
